What did we do?
The Golden Key partnership changed the system. We worked closely with our clients with complex needs to review cultures and systems - highlighting what's working and trying to resolve what isn't. We then used this learning to drive wider evidence-based system change.
Walking alongside clients who represented a broad spectrum of demographics and needs helped to identify what worked for them and what didn’t. This learning fed into larger scale system change activity. We held the belief that everyone can make change happen; across our partnership people demonstrated that they had the power to make a positive difference. Each member of the partnership was in a unique position to influence change. This influence included an ability to hold multiple perspectives, step outside organisations or specific roles, to look at the bigger picture and approach blocks and solutions with fresh eyes.
